    Ingredients:

    - 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin-on or off)
    - 1 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)
    - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra glaze)
    - Lemon wedges (for serving)
    - Fresh dill or parsley (optional garnish)

    Instructions

    1. Season the Salmon:
       - Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush lightly with olive oil.
       - Generously coat both sides of the salmon with the F N Good Food BBQ seasoning, pressing gently to adhere.

    2. Cook the Salmon:
       - Pan-Seared Method:
         - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp oil.
         - Place salmon spice-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes until a caramelized crust forms. Flip and cook 3–4 minutes more until flaky.
         - Optional: Drizzle honey over the salmon in the last 1–2 minutes for a glossy glaze.

       - Oven-Baked Method:
         - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
         - Place salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes.

    3. Serve:
       - Squeeze lemon wedges over the salmon. Garnish with fresh herbs.
