We’ve spent years building a rock-solid squad of trusted suppliers from near and far. Then, right here in Pembroke, we taste, test, and tweak until every blend is just right. Think of us as your flavour detectives—on a mission to bring global taste home to your kitchen. No passport required!

What about your flavoured oils and vinegars?

Oh, you mean our liquid gold? 🏆

We start with the good stuff—premium cold-pressed oils and quality vinegars—then we infuse ’em with real ingredients (think garlic, herbs, fruits, and flair!). No shortcuts, no shady stuff. Just honest, intense flavour that’ll make your taste buds tap dance.

Tell me about your pure vanilla extract. Is it the real deal?

Is it ever! This isn’t your average, watery imitation. Our pure vanilla extract is made the right way: with only two ingredients. We use Grade A Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans and steep them in triple-filtered vodka. No sugar, no water, no funny business. Just rich, authentic vanilla flavour that’s a baker’s best friend.

And the famous BAR-B-QUEEN'S Sauce?

Well now, that’s our crown jewel, isn’t it? Our BAR-B-QUEEN'S Sauce is a gluten-free, proudly Canadian masterpiece. It’s the perfect balance of sweet, smoky, and tangy—thick enough to cling to your ribs and flavourful enough to make you the undisputed champion of the backyard barbecue.

What's the shelf life of your seasonings?

Seasonings are at their best for about 1-2 years. Ground seasonings and mixes keep their punch for 6-10 months. After that, they might start to lose a bit of their vibrancy, but they’re still perfectly safe to use. For the most intense flavour, we always recommend using them fresh! That is why we offer our seasonings in small batches.
