    Crispy Herb Chicken Thighs
    *(Serves 4)*  

    Ingredients:
    - 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs  
    - tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)  
    - ½ cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)  
    - ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional, for umami)  
    - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)  
    - Lemon wedges (for serving)  

    For the Breading:
    - 1 tbsp, 1/2 tsp Big Burger Secret Sauce Seasoning *(divided)*  
    - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs  
    - 2 eggs, beaten (or buttermilk for extra tang)  

    Instructions:
    1. Prep the Chicken:
       - Pat chicken dry. Rub with 1 /2 tbsp F N Good Food Big Burger Secret Sauce seasoning under the skin and over the surface. Let marinate 30 minutes.  

    2. Breading Station:
       - Flour Mix: Combine flour, Parmesan (if using), and 1 tbsp F N Good Food Big Burger Secret Sauce seasoning.  
       - Egg Wash: Beat eggs with 1/2 tsp F N Good Food Big Burger Secret Sauce seasoning.  
       - Panko Mix: Toss panko with 1 tbsp F N Good Food Big Burger Secret Sauce seasoning.  

    3. Coat the Chicken: 
       - Dredge each thigh in flour, dip in egg wash, then press into seasoned panko.  

    4. Bake or Air Fry:
       - Oven Method:
         - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place chicken on a greased rack over a baking sheet.  
         - Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).  
       - Air Fryer Method:
         - Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.  

    5. Finish:
       - Drizzle with olive oil and broil 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness (optional).  
       - Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.  

    Creamy Dill Dipping Sauce
    Ingredients:
    - ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)  
    - 1 tbsp lemon juice  
    Instructions:
    Mix all ingredients and chill until serving.
